You can use MyService to update your personal information, submit new claims and track the status of an existing claim. You can do this on your computer and on your phone.

  • Telehealth and medicine delivery
    The Australian Government has announced temporary arrangements for eligible veterans relating to 'telehealth' services and the ordering of PBS and RPBS prescriptions remotely.

    Anzac Day remains an important day for Australians to remember the fallen. With the cancellation of many Anzac Day services around Australia and overseas it is important that this Anzac Day we still reflect and commemorate the service and sacrifice of the more than 102,000 Australians who have died in wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations. 
  • Cancellation of Anzac Day 2020 overseas
    Due to the global outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), the Australian Government has cancelled overseas Anzac Day ceremonies on the Gallipoli peninsula in Turkey, near Villers-Bretonneux in France, including the Australian service at the ‘Digger’ Memorial, Bullecourt, Hellfire Pass in Thailand and Sandakan in Malaysia.
