After you consult with or treat a client who has a Veteran Gold Card or Veteran White Card, you have up to 2 years from the date of service to lodge a claim for us to pay.
To make a late claim
If you want to make a claim for us to pay you more than 2 years after you consult with or treat an eligible client, there are steps you must follow.
You must show us that if we do not assess your claim, you may suffer financial hardship.
You will need to give us documents that prove you may suffer financial hardship.
