MyService is an online platform accessed through myGov that allows you to manage your DVA services online. With MyService, you can apply for free mental health treatment, launch claims, view accepted conditions, apply for and access your DVA veteran card, and book transport for medical treatment and claim for travel reimbursements. To get started, you need to link your myGov account to DVA services. Here's how you do it. Firstly, to access MyService, you're going to need your activation code. If you've had contact with DVA in the past, you will already have an activation code. You just need to call us and we can give it to you. If you don't have an activation code, don't worry. You'll just need to register instead. We have more information on the registration process in this video. Once you have your activation code, go to myGov and sign in. Select services. Under link a service click Department of Veterans Affairs. MyGov will then redirect you to DVA. When this screen comes up, you can enter the activation code and your date of birth and press submit. Your MyService is now accessible through myGov. If we need more details, you may be prompted to enter additional information. For example, your phone number or email address.
