SIGBOX is a secure file sharing solution. We use this to share large files with external clients and providers where email is not practical. User accounts are temporary and will be removed after three months of inactivity.
Back to topHow to set up an account
When a file is shared with you and you do not have an account you will receive an email notification. The email will be from “dva-sigbox@secureintellicentre.net.au” and will tell you to activate your account by setting a password:
- Click “setting a password”
- Enter your new password in the “Password” field
- Click “Set password”
How to sign in
In the email notification from “dva-sigbox@secureintellicentre.net.au”:
- Click “View It!”
- In the “Username or email” field enter the email address used to setup your account E.g. youremailaddress@domain.com
- In the “Password” field, enter the password used when you setup your account
- Click the ‘arrow’ to sign in
How to open a file
To open a file you can either:
- view the file by clicking the filename
- download the file by clicking the overflow menu and select ‘Download’
How to reset your password
Attempt to sign in with an incorrect password. You will then have the option to reset your password by clicking “Wrong password. Reset it?”
You will get an email with a link to reset your password.
