How to add a new Sub-organisation in MyOrg

On this page

MyOrg is the online service that enables your organisation to manage its third-party representative arrangements for DVA clients.

A Sub-organisation is required to use the Manage Representations service in MyOrg.  This function allows personnel to submit claims through MyService and manage client representation authorities.

This guide describes how to add a Sub-organisation in MyOrg. This can only be actioned by the Authorised Responsible Officer (ARO).

Getting started

You will need the following registered in PRODA (Provider Digital Access):

  • Master organisation – the legal entity listed on the Australian Business Register (ABR)
  • ARO - an Associate or Authorised contact for the organisation on the ABR
  • Administrator – will administrate the MyOrg account and users (Personnel) for the Sub-organisation

DVA must approve the links between the ARO, the organisation and the Service Provider before users can access MyOrg in PRODA Services.
You also need:

  • Your Sub-organisation’s name, address and contact information
  • The Administrator’s Registration Authority (RA) number, found in their PRODA profile.

Note: This guide shows images of sample screens. The screens do not contain information about any real MyOrg users or DVA clients.

If you get an Access denied message, you might need to wait for DVA to finalise the initial registration processes for the ARO, the organisation and links to the Service Provider.

If you are a member of more than one organisation in PRODA, select the organisation you are acting on behalf of and select Continue.
