Small Exercise Equipment

Small exercise equipment is not intended for general fitness.

Small exercise equipment will only be supplied where the clients is prescribed equipment:

• as part of their treatment
• for transitioning to a monitored exercise program that they can perform in their own environment.

The Health Provider is responsible for the assessment of the safe use of these items in line with best practice.

DVA does not fund large pieces of gym and exercise equipment, or exercise equipment with moving parts (with the exception of AV01 and AV02).
