RPBS Medicinal Cannabis Tier 1 and 2 Authority Prescription Request

There is a two tiered process to apply for medicinal cannabis through the Repatriation Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (RPBS). Use this form for tier 1 or tier 2 authority approvals via HPOS Form Upload only.
